Rosè | Languedoc, France
Aromatics of strawberries and crushed red fruit leap from the glass. In the mouth, it is fresh with excellent acidity, some mineral components and good length. 50/50 blend of Syrah and Carignan.
Grüner Veltliner | Austria
Gruner is Austria's most important and widely planted grape. Balanced and spicy with a razor-like acidity. Very refreshing.
Pinot Grigio | Alto Adige, Italy
Aromas of white flower and ripe orchard fruit lead the way. The creamy palate doles out crisp apple, Bartlett pear with a hint of lemon zest alongside fresh acidity.
Sauvignon Blanc | Happy Canyon, CA
The palate is lifted in acidity, with a chalky grip that frames the crisp grapefruit and pear flavors.
Chardonnay "Sorelle" | Carneros, CA
The oak and fruit support each other without either dominating. Aromas of honey, tangerine peel, fresh oak and pineapple complement the taste of caramel-covered apple, slight hints of cool rock, and a beautiful finish of vanilla.
Riesling "Josephine" | Mosel, Germany
Was picked at Spatlese levels, giving the wine a richer mouthfeel, delicious tropical and stone fruit notes, and refreshing acidity on the finish.
Moscato | Pavia, Italy
On the palate, it is delicately sweet and sparkling, with modest acidity, good balance, and complexity with a finish of fresh apricots.
Pinot Noir | Santa Barbara County, CA
Sultry tannins and balanced acidity support flavors of cola, lavender, exotic spice, and just a trace of vineyard terroir in a lasting finish.
Malbec | Vista Flores, Argentina
There's a rich array of blackberries and blueberries here with some perfumed, floral lift that really appeals.
Zinfandel | Dry Creek Valley, CA
Zesty, yet with a sense of refinement, this textbook Dry Creek style offers vibrant raspberry, dried sage, and cracked pepper flavors that sprint toward fine tannins.
Syrah | Santa Barbara County, CA
Exhibits cherry, wild berry and violet aromatics. Full and fruitful in the mouth, with underlying espresso and pepper flavors. Sourced from some of the best vineyards in Santa Barbara including Thompson, Stolpman and Larner.
Cabernet Savuginon | Paso Robles, CA
The nose is riddled with cassis, violets, ripe black cherry, soy and cured meats. The flavors follow through to the palate.
Cellar Scraps | Spring Mountain, CA
Comprised of a blend of 2017 and 2018 vintages. This wine consists of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon with the rest being of Petite Sirah, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc.
Cremant | Limoux, France
This sparkler's zingy lemon-lime flavors evolve into fuller pineapple and citrus notes, a yeasty character adding breadth and weight. Made from Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.
